Account Deletion Request

We give you full control over your data. If you would like to delete your Maktabi account and the data associated with it, please follow the steps below.

1. How to request deletion

Send an email from the address registered on your account to [email protected] with "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line, and include the email address linked to your account. You can also start the request from inside the app via Profile → Request Account Deletion.

2. Data that will be deleted

• Your personal account data (name, email, mobile number).
• Your real-estate office and the users belonging to it.
• Property, unit, and contact records stored under your account.

3. Data we may retain

We may retain certain records for a limited period where required by law, such as tax invoices and financial records needed to comply with accounting and tax regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. These records are stored securely and are not used for any other purpose.

4. Timeline

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days of the request being verified. We will send you an email confirmation once the deletion is complete.
